Grass, handle, hymnal shoes and wings
A wall (the paling); a sky, full of words - the words are from Thomas Aquinas' Discourses - 'There is no deception in this sacrament…' The handle, which is like a wing, is connected to the wing which is by a rod of iron. The wing passes the hymnal and carries the Halleluiahs on the backs of locusts up to heaven. There it powers the light of the world.

The ladder is a vision, like that of Jacob - without Vision there is no hope.
